Granger, Washington is located in the south central region of the state.  The community of over 2500 sits adjacent to Interstate 82, 25 miles southeast of Yakima and 45 miles northwest of the Tri-Cities.

Centrally located in the midst of the beautiful Yakima Valley, Granger is a predominantly agricultural based community.  Orchards and hop fields are the major crop industry in this portion of the state.

Our school district is home to a very proud multi-cultural, multi-ethnic student population.  There are 1460 students attending our PreK-12 schools with a demographic distribution of 89% Hispanic, 8% Caucasian, 2% Native American, and 1% other.

The school and the community work together for the benefit of the students.  Over 96% of our parents attend our student-led parent/teacher/student conferences.  The district’s graduation rate has risen to an all-time high of over 92%.  Continued combined efforts will provide even better learning opportunities for all of the children.
