1) Open up a browser (ie Chrome), and type in Guest/ in the address bar (note the slash at the end).
2a) If you are already logged in to Google, you'll skip to step 4, otherwise you'll get this screen. Log in with your full email address and password.
2b) Or if you are logged in to multiple accounts, you might be asked to choose which one to use. Select your district account.
3) Enter your Password.
4) Search for the guest you'll be adding to see if they have already been added before; use their first and/or last name. If they are NOT found, go to step 8
5) Since the guest already has an account, we just need to activate it. Click on the account row.
6) Change Authorized to Yes. Click Update User.
7) Go to Step 12 (skips creating a new guest).
8) We need to create a new guest since we didn't find an account. Click on the Add new user button.
9) Fill out the new user form: Description: Type in first and last name Email: Type in the guest's email address. This is required, it'll be their username to log in. Either Choose a password for the guest to use, or click the Generate button for a random one. Authorized: Yes
10) OPTIONAL: Click the print button. This will open a new tab, and the print dialog. Print the page, then close the tab to return to the Meraki new user form.
11 Click the Create User Button.
12) Click the Save button. *This step is very important and easy to forget!*
